Terms of Service

Clear rules, credit usage terms, acceptable use requirements, and customer rights governing the use of MailBee AI.

Summary of Core Model: MailBee AI provides access to verified professional recruiter contact information via credit packages. One credit unlocks one recruiter contact. Unused credits never expire while your account remains active.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the recruiter directory, or purchasing credits on MailBee AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
  • You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration (Name, Email, and Phone).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Sharing account access, distributing scraped credentials, or attempting unauthorized privilege escalation is strictly prohibited.

3. Credit Packages, Pricing & Rollover Policy

MailBee AI operates on a transparent credit model:

  • Credit Value: 1 credit unlocks 1 recruiter's complete verified direct email, phone number (where listed), and LinkedIn profile.
  • Available Packages: Starter Bee (1,000 Credits), Pro Bee (2,000 Credits), and Unlimited Hive (4,000 Credits), as reflected on our active Pricing Page.
  • No Expiry / Unused Rollover: Credits purchased in active accounts do not expire at the end of the billing month. Unused credits roll over continuously as long as your account is in good standing.
  • Re-access Guarantee: Once a contact is revealed, it is permanently added to your personal "Recently Unlocked" pipeline and may be viewed again anytime without consuming additional credits.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Because contact details are delivered immediately in digital form upon unlock:

  • Consumed Credits: Credits that have been used to successfully reveal contact information are non-refundable.
  • Unused Credit Packages: If you purchase a package by mistake and have consumed zero (0) credits from that package, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the transaction date by contacting Customer Support.
  • Bounced Email Replacement: If an unlocked email bounces with an active Mail Delivery Subsystem failure within 14 days of unlock, submit the contact ID and bounce notice through our Support Desk. Our team will verify the bounce and issue a 100% replacement credit.

5. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Obligations

MailBee AI is built specifically for legitimate, courteous professional outreach. You expressly agree to abide by the following standards:

  • Permitted Use: Direct, personalized job applications, networking inquiries, and professional candidate introduction messages.
  • Prohibited Use: Sending mass unsolicited marketing emails, automated email bombarding, commercial sales solicitations unrelated to employment, harassment, defamatory content, or illegal communications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Users must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Indian Information Technology Act, GDPR (where applicable), and all applicable national communications laws.
  • Automated Scraping: Scripting, botting, or harvesting data from the directory outside authorized UI flows is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent termination without refund.

6. Directory Accuracy & Service Disclaimers

While MailBee AI actively curates and verifies its index of 1,121+ recruiter contacts across 111+ companies, corporate talent acquisition personnel frequently change jobs, titles, or email routing domains. Consequently:

  • We do not guarantee that every recruiter will respond to your outreach or offer employment.
  • The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, user interface design, logos, visual assets, algorithms, and documentation comprising MailBee AI remain the exclusive intellectual property of MailBee AI. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for your personal professional career advancement.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use standards, engage in payment fraud, or abuse our infrastructure. In the event of termination for cause, unused credits and platform privileges are forfeited.
